Based on the steering system field experience to design and set up guidelines for the applicationDesign products to fulfill customers’ requirementReview new concept designs, validation and establishing guidelinesReview drawings and APQP documents (i.e. DFMEA, PPAP of components, SER, benchmark etc.)Manager several teams of engineers and develop their skill and knowledge on engineering system and enhancing their technological level.Work closely with BD and other teams to expand the global market shares.Requirements
