Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on credit structuring, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across BMO’s Dealer Finance business
Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies in all aspects of credit risk management, mitigating risk of loss and maintaining high service standards
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, contributing to portfolio optimization and business planning
Drive operational excellence through process innovation, analytics, and continuous improvement. Assist in monitoring Key Performance Indicators across the portfolio and ensure timely follow up with appropriate action plans to address out of compliance items implemented and actioned by deal teams
Drivers efforts to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, penetrate markets, and expand the client base by leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and cross‑selling initiatives
