Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and strategic direction on corporate and commercial matters including negotiations, support for business development, partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Provide management and legal oversight of public disclosures as required.
• Provide legal support for all operational matters, including asset management, shipper services, information technology, land issues, contractual arrangements, and negotiations with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
• Protect intellectual property and prepare and negotiate licensing agreements, real property, and commercial licensing matters.
• Support confidentiality and non‑disclosure agreements as needed.
• Advise on supply chain planning, contracts, procurement, logistics, and material management activities related to Trans Mountain’s existing business.
• Support business groups with contractor reviews and management.
