Director, Clinical Education and Practice Integration - Ambulatory Nursing Admin - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union)

The Clinical Director of Education and Practice Integration is responsible for overseeing the overall education and competency validation across USC Care Ambulatory practice sites, 1206D and non 1206D designated. The Clinical Director develops and disseminates educational materials with a focus on ambulatory care delivery by clinical support staff (MA, LVN, RN, technologist when applicable). Educational content includes, but is not limited to, policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements, and industry best practice care delivery. He or she partners with information technology colleagues for clinical work flows and training. The Clinical Director is responsible to remain knowledgeable about current, evident-based medicine including new trends in ambulatory care delivery.
