Job Description

As Director, AI Risk Governance Officer, you will play a key leadership role in enabling the safe, responsible, and scalable adoption of AI across the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) Group. This position offers the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring responsible AI deployment and adherence to governance principles. With a focus on GenAI products, AI agents, and agentic AI systems, you will contribute to the development of comprehensive governance programs, policies, and frameworks that support our digital transformation.

What will you do?

• Develop AI Agent Governance Program: Create and maintain a comprehensive program for AI agents, including inventory management, autonomy thresholds, risk classifications, and escalation protocols.
