What you’ll be doing

As a Digital Strategy Co‑op in the Digital Channel Initiatives team, you will support the strategy and roadmap for CIBC’s .COM and Knowledge Management platforms. Your work will involve analyzing market trends, developing strategic recommendations, and contributing to business case development.

• Proactively scan the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and our overall competitive standing.
• Use data and market trends to develop strategic recommendations for new website and Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Structure and analyze data to support recommendations and decision‑making.
