Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Vesta Properties is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns and a genuine focus on performance. You'll own campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a clear mandate: drive qualified leads and deliver measurable results. You'll also serve as our HubSpot owner, overseeing platform configuration, integrations, and hands‑on training for our sales and marketing team.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are comfortable working directly in ad platforms and understand how campaigns perform across channels. You don't just launch campaigns — you monitor, adjust, test, and refine them. You look at results and ask: what's working, what's not, and what needs to change? You're organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns without losing sight of performance.
