Digital Electrical Engineering Intern (Apodaca, N.L) (Ciudad Apodaca)

We are looking for a Digital Electrical Engineering Intern to support the Electrical CAD platform team within Digital Engineering. This internship is adecuado for a student with strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn, who enjoys combining technical support, communication/community coordination, and data analytics. A key part of the role will be driving visibility through Tableau dashboards and supporting user engagement across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in L2 support activities for Electrical CAD users, including follow‑up on user issues, documentation, ticket coordination, and basic operational support.
• Assist in community and communication management for Electrical CAD users and key stakeholders.
• Help coordinate user communications, updates, learning follow‑ups, and adoption‑related activities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze support and platform data to improve visibility and decision‑making.
