Dietitian I - Home Care and Supportive Living

The Dietitian I is a frontline professional position within Nutrition Services reporting to the Manager of Nutrition Services, South Zone. The role involves nutrition assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nutrition care plans for home living, supportive living and adult home enteral clients in Lethbridge. You will visit clients in their homes and supportive living facilities to provide education, counselling and support to help them remain healthy and achieve their nutrition goals. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team in both facility and community settings to achieve nutrition and health outcomes using a patient focused approach.
