Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States. Must be certified as a dietitian or nutrition professional in NY State once requirements met *See Professional Licensure and Certification Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree with emphasis in nutrition preferred from an accredited program.

Experience Required: One to three years’ direct care experience with one to two years’ experience in long- term care.
