Position Summary

UHN (University Health Network) is looking for a Sonographer (Ultrasound) to join its Medical Imaging department. The role involves performing a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures and reporting results in accordance with clinical standards and departmental procedures.

Duties

• Perform ultrasound imaging procedures and prepare written and electronic reports documenting all procedures and test results.
• Provide exceptional care to patients, families and caregivers while adhering to UHN policies and best practices.
• Effectively communicate with inter‑professional and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Work accurately, safely, and efficiently in a fast‑paced, high patient volume setting.
• Participate in professional development, teaching and educational activities, and mentoring as required.
