Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps pipelines and infrastructure Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps teams (onshore/offshore) Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes Maintain and optimize cloud environments and container orchestration platforms Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices Stay hands‑on with deployment, automation, and troubleshooting activities Explore and integrate AI/ML tools or AI‑driven DevOps practices where applicable Required Skills
Solid experience with Red Hat Linux Solid experience in Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar) Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Good understanding of monitoring and logging tools Preferred Qualifications
