- Lead and recruit a passionate web development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Architect and drive the build of a new cloud-native platform on AWS with a modern serverless TypeScript stack.
- Lead the modernization of our existing web applications (PHP) toward a modern, scalable microservices architecture.
- Ensure security, observability, and 24/7 platform reliability with expertise in OpenTelemetry, monitoring, and incident response.
- Champion the adoption of AI coding engines and AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining rigorous quality and security standards.
