Job Description
Join a leading Desktop Support Team as a Sr. Desktop Support Analyst in North Toronto. Provide essential support for Networking, Desktop issues, and end-user services in a contract role.
This contract position involves supporting approximately 2,000 users in a mixed environment using Lotus Notes Ver. 7 or 8 for password resets and ID administration. Candidates should be proficient in Windows Office Suite and have hands-on experience with PC hardware, networking, and BlackBerry support. Required skills include excellent customer service and communication abilities, particularly in high-pressure scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide password resets and ID administration using Lotus Notes
• Troubleshoot PC, Laptop hardware, and peripherals
• Support BlackBerry devices and VPN remote users
