WBM is looking for a Desktop Engineer to support our enterprise clients with endpoint management. You will tackle tier 3 support requests, work on application delivery, and build compliance strategies. Collaborate with a tight-knit team and contribute to significant infrastructure upgrades in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve incidents and tier 3 support challenges
• Deliver and package custom applications effectively
• Create and test Intune and Group Policy Objects
• Maintain compliance policies and monitor endpoint health
• Support MECM and Intune service management
Requirements:
• At least 5 years MECM/Intune experience
• Proficiency in application packaging
• Knowledge of OSD and APD builds
