Job Description

The Desktop and System Support Technician, Junior position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the operating system server environment and installing system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, testing and coordination. Primarily accountable for performing workstation and server administration set up while coordinating disk space planning and management. In addition, maintain growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries, software and hardware inventories and perform data backups and recoveries.
