This full-time role focuses on managing desktop and mobile digital assets within the university community. As a Desktop Analyst, you will prepare hardware, provide tier 2 support, ensure secure configurations, and conduct software installations. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll also engage in project support and implement continuous improvements in desktop technologies.
