Design Operations Coordinator

FedEx is looking for a Design Operations Coordinator to join their team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a remote position that provides critical support to the design team as the go-to person for a variety of operational and administrative needs, helping the fast-paced creative design environment run smoothly and efficiently.

Team Coordination & Support

• Assist in managing agendas for leadership check-ins and Design Reviews; help capture and publish notes and next steps.
• Support the planning of Design All-Hands meetings by creating presentation shells, coordinating with presenters, and publishing key takeaways.
• Manage calendar reminders and Slack workflows for important team events, trainings, performance management, and awards submissions.
• Help coordinate the team's awards program and monthly swag selection process.
• Process monthly swag orders and coordinate shipping with the administrative assistant.
