Design For Manufacturing Engineer

Resideo is currently seeking a senior DFM ( **D **esign **F **or **M **anufacturing) engineer to work with factory and engineering team to make sure the engineering product design can meet factory's DFM and DFT requirements.
You should have solid product DFM checking experience, have a strong background in manufacturing processes, have good factory test knowledge and excellent collaboration skill with cross-functional teams.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible to review BOMs, design PCB panels, using Valor NPI tool, check DFM&DFT issues on each PCB design with engineering team and factory.
- Valor NPI and other manufacturing tools' management, such as tool and library upgrade etc.
- Cooperate with Resideo factory and OEM factory regularly, design, develop and maintain PCBA and Assembly's DFM and DFT Procedures and Checklists to guide engineering team product design which can meet factory manufacturing requirements.
