Deputy General Manager (DGM)– Production / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

· Oversee daily manufacturing operations of tube bundles.

· Ensure achievement of production targets, schedules, and delivery commitments.

· Drive lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.

· Monitor shop-floor performance and resolve production bottlenecks.

Quality Assurance

· Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and other applicable industry standards.

· Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints through robust quality systems.

· Coordinate with QA/QC teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.

People Management

· Lead and manage large teams across production, maintenance, and support functions.

· Handle manpower planning, training, skill development, and performance appraisals.

· Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
