Job Description
Lead deployment efforts at LGI Healthcare Solutions, focusing on optimizing solutions and coaching specialists. This is a vital role requiring expertise in Azure DevOps and a passion for continuous improvement in a flexible work environment.
As the Deployment Team Lead, you will assist in managing operational aspects while ensuring effective knowledge transfer within your team. You will communicate with various stakeholders, plan and execute deployment strategies, and facilitate training initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving both client and internal objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee deployment processes
• Ensure effective communication with clients and teams
• Conduct post-mortem reviews for project enhancement
• Assign and prioritize tasks collaboratively
• Support deployments at client locations
Requirements:
• DEC or equivalent in Computer Science
• At least 6 years of experience in deployment
