Job Description
Deployment Bid Technical Lead Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)
The Deployment Bid Technical Lead supports bid activities on behalf of the Solutions Deployment organization, coordinating with internal functions to secure new opportunities while meeting program duration, financial, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive deployment bid activities and manage all deployment milestones for the bid.
Consolidate and review functional Solutions Deployment estimates including labour hours, risks, opportunities, assumptions, conditions of offer, and third‑party estimates.
Support the Bid Manager through milestone meetings (BKO, BBR, BCR, BLR, BSR, CSR) and by preparing slides.
Interface with customers to present or clarify solutions and attend workshops.
Review and assess requirements.
Prepare Installation Statement of Work for subcontractor quotations during the bid process.
