Job Description
Lead the Stock Unloader team at Walmart in Dawson Creek, BC, ensuring safe and efficient merchandise flow. You'll coordinate activities, unload trailers, and manage stocking tasks in a clean environment.
As the Department Manager, your role encompasses supervising associates while maintaining a safe workspace. You will strategically plan and execute tasks related to unloading trailers and processing merchandise. Training and guiding associates will also be key responsibilities as you drive the team towards achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment
• Prepare and reset the Receiving Area for operations
• Unload and sort various merchandise from trailers
• Delegate tasks to pull and stock merchandise
• Train and support CAP 2 Associates for performance improvement
