Dementia Gardens Program Staff at Lakehead

Support participants in the Dementia Gardens program at Lakehead University by creating engaging nature-based activities. This outdoor role requires you to enhance well-being through gardening and interpersonal support every Friday.
As the Program Staff, you will report directly to the Director and Program Coordinator while executing weekly outdoor programming for individuals living with dementia. Your responsibilities will include setting up activities, monitoring participant engagement, and ensuring a safe, inviting environment. You'll also assess safety risks and support smooth transitions in programming.
