Role Summary
The Delivery Operations Associate Manager is responsible for leading and ensuring the effective end‑to‑end execution of Order to Cash (OTC) processes, combining strong operational expertise, team leadership, and a client‑delivery focus.
This role involves managing small to mid‑sized teams, solving moderately complex problems, ensuring SLA compliance , and actively participating in continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives .
You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical, contributing to financial outcomes through:
- End‑to‑end management of the Order to Cash process, including:
- Order Management
- Credit Management
- Billing / Invoicing
- Cash Application
- Collections
- Customer Master
