Aon is seeking a Delivery Lead Consultant to join our team in Calgary or Toronto. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work in the office three days per week.

What the day will look like
Delivery Lead Consultants are the day-to-day contact for our clients. They support with general benefits/rewards questions and coordinating with other business units as required to produce client deliverables. They partner with a Relationship Lead Consultant who is responsible for, among other things, expanding client relationships and managing internal financial reporting.
