In this role, you will closely monitor and assist in the care plans for residents, while taking responsibility for documenting care processes and attending required training. Furthermore, you will assist in onboarding new staff members and must strictly adhere to IPAC policies to maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care and provide feedback to supervisors
• Accurately document care details as instructed
• Attend training sessions and collaborate in team meetings
• Assist in training new staff through mentorship
• Follow all Infection Prevention and Control procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma
• Experience with geriatric care practices
