WSP is currently initiating a search for an **Decommission and Demolition Project Management** for our **Novi, MI** office. Be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
**Your Impact**
+ Manage project contracts, staff, budgets and schedules
+ Manage demolition and environmental projects, site characterization, remedial designs, and preparation of reports and other related documentation
+ Development of new clients
+ Network with new and existing clients to effectively position for and develop work opportunities
+ Prepare contract proposals and cost estimates
+ Manage field work for site characterization, site remediation, building materials abatement, and heavy demolition, including oversight of subcontractors, and sampling of building materials, soil and ground water in accordance with state and Federal...
