Job Description
Become the Dean of Academic Development and Research and play a key role in shaping educational strategies at a CEGEP institution. Drive academic excellence through leadership and innovative practices.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree with six years of pertinent experience, particularly in the CEGEP sector. Relevant experience in pedagogical management and prior teaching at the CEGEP level is highly advantageous. This role demands exceptional organization, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee academic research and development projects
• Support and mentor faculty in curriculum implementation
• Initiate programs aimed at improving student performance
• Navigate and resolve academic issues collaboratively
• Promote teamwork among diverse educational departments
