Job Description
Overview:
The **Dealer Care Analyst** will support the dealer’s network, providing guidance on their doubts, and giving advice on credit policy as well as in contract purchasing policy in order to get approval to purchase. This position requires a high customer service focus, always aiming to increase dealer’s satisfaction.
This department is responsible of receive, analyze, and answer credit operations on stablished time and manner, always following the policy and quality criteria. This role is also in charge of finding proper solutions to document verification, insurance and purchasing requests from the dealers and help them to ensure the correct delivery of the credit requests.
- Our Dealer Care team works in rotating shifts, which switch once a month to support our dealer network. _
- Time shifts: 7AM-4PM; 8AM-5PM; 10AM-7PM; 11AM-8PM._
