DataStage & Talend Developer Role Overview Position Title:  DataStage / Talend Developer 
Contract Duration:  12 Months (potential for extension) 
Work Arrangement:  Hybrid (3 days per week in-office) 
Core Focus:  Enterprise ETL Design, Data Integration, and Warehousing 
About the Role We are seeking a skilled DataStage and Talend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT processes. In this role, you will support enterprise data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence initiatives. You will work with large, complex datasets to ensure efficient, secure, and accurate data movement, transformation, and high‑quality data availability across the organization. 
Key Responsibilities ETL/ELT Development & Processing Design, develop, implement, and maintain high‑performing ETL/ELT jobs using IBM DataStage and Talend.
