Data & Insights Analyst

We’re partnering with a well-known Victorian property business to appoint a Data & Insights Analyst. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data strategy, sales, marketing and digital transformation. The role suits someone who enjoys building meaningful reports, influencing commercial decisions and helping shape how data is used across the business. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital, Sales & Marketing teams and ELT to deliver insights that drive better decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:

Partner with the Head of Digital on the development and delivery of the enterprise data strategy

Deliver reporting and actionable insights across Salesforce, Looker Studio and broader BI platforms

Build dashboards and reporting that give visibility across sales performance, lead activity, customer engagement and market trends
