Job Overview: Data Annotator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to support the training and refinement of AI models. This role focuses on labeling large volumes of textual data with high accuracy, following defined guidelines

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Annotate and label large volumes of text data to improve machine learning model performance Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in data labeling

Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree (any major, but strong emphasis on critical thinking, reading comprehension, and analysis—e.g., Humanities, Psychology, Law, Marketing, Translation, etc.) C1 or C2 level English proficiency (advanced mastery) 3–4 months of experience in data annotation or LLM evaluation (text-focused preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) Multilingual capabilities Experience with multimodal annotation (text, image, video)
