CyberArk Support Engineer (Toronto)

PwC Canada’s CyberArk Support Senior Associate protects digital infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities and managing threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by customers.
• Perform day‑to‑day PIM (CyberArk Secret Manager) operations.
• Lead incident calls with diverse stakeholders and apply fixes in Non‑Prod and Production environments.
• Document case progress and technical details in the knowledge base throughout the support lifecycle.
• Provide 24x7 on‑call support via a rotational schedule.
• Participate in recurring support review meetings, present challenges, and propose mitigation plans to Product Owners.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs and assist with continual improvement initiatives.
