As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will join Kyndryl's cutting‐edge Go‐To‐Market team to deliver innovative technology solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners to identify and develop targeted opportunities.
Deliver engaging demos, proof of concepts, prototypes, and presentations that showcase Kyndryl's credibility and capabilities.
Support consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across Sales, Pre‐Sales & Delivery.
Co‐ordinate the entire pre‐sales process, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to co‐create joint solutions.
Act as a trusted ally and visionary, providing value‐driven solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
