Overview
This role is equal parts client relationship management, project oversight, and process stewardship. The CSM will be responsible for managing delivery timelines, maintaining alignment across departments, and elevating standards of execution through precision and accountability.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
- Client & Project Management
- Manage client relationships from onboarding through delivery
- Lead monthly client calls and be their main point of contact
- Coordinate internal handoffs between learning designers, graphic designers, video team, and portal managers
- Book studio sessions and manage client logistics (travel, hotel, etc.)
- Operational & Platform Oversight
- Own and manage ClickUp workflows (tasking, deadlines, automations, status tracking)
