Customer Service Supervisor for Catering
Job Description
Enhance customer satisfaction as a Customer Service Supervisor in our catering and take-out facility. You will manage orders, ensuring timely pick-up without dine-in distractions.
We are looking for a supervisor with at least two years of customer service experience. Your role includes taking phone and walk-in orders, managing catering details, and overseeing kitchen schedules. You'll contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere during busy evening and morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take orders from walk-in customers and phone calls
• Hand off prepared food to customers at pick-up
• Coordinate kitchen schedules for timely order delivery
• Process catering orders with attention to detail
• Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• BC drivers license is an asset
• Fluent English communication skills
• Available from 3 PM to 9:30 PM, excluding Mondays
