Drive Enrollment Growth

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems.
