Responsibilities

• Own the customer’s experience and ensure a positive impact on their day.
• Complete the administration required to run the Service Centre seamlessly.
• Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost store performance.
• Work with our insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
• Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and helping with occasional small repairs on windshields.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and solve problems.
