We are currently looking for a Customer Service representative to join our team in Aguascalientes. The position is responsible for providing excellent and efficient quality service in inbound calls from Customers/Businesses that own a vehicle through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) or Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) regarding any inquiry, complaint, and/or question concerning their loan and/or lease accounts.
Responsibilities- Receive a standard number of inbound phone calls from active/inactive accounts, resolve inquiries, handle complaints, and walk customers through the correct process.
- Identify the current account status for appropriate action on Retail and Lease calls regarding Total Loss, Vehicle Damage,...
