Job Description
**About the Role**:
Oversees and/or performs Demand planning for a specific operations area trough directly communication with Customers, Commercial and Production Planning departments, critical to plant short to long term operations performance by creating monthly Sales Inventory Operations Plan.
**Responsibilities**:
Oversees Sales Order Management
Oversees customer service team electronic digital information (EDI) workflow process
Prepares and presents Global Demand Plan for short term
Handling expedites requests from the Customer
Providing recovery dates for any schedules that will not ship on time
Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer
Oversees and provides weekly and monthly components forecast of sales/Demand Plan
Direct interface with customer for expediting and order placement issues
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, Engineering or related areas
