Customer service and sales representative Call Center Agent

Overview

OTD Americas is looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team in the United States. Our ideal candidate has a strong command of English and a passion for customer service. Prior call center experience is not required – we will provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers.
• Cross‑sell telecommunications products and services to meet commercial campaign goals.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• English level B2+ or higher (fluent in speaking and writing).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in Bogotá and be available for on‑site work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $2,850,000 COP (bi‑weekly payments) plus unlimited sales commissions.
• Indefinite contract (42 hours/week).
