Job Description

The part time Sales and Service Associate consults with customers about the Hertz Rental Car program, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. The role includes providing world‑class customer service and sales support, building rapport, and upselling customers on additional features and benefits. Additionally, the associate ensures vehicles are prepared for customer pick‑up, inspecting cleanliness, damage, fuel levels, and filling all fluids.
