Join our Tijuana call center team at Redial BPO!
Location: Zona Rio, Tijuana, B.C. Schedules: 6 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Customer Service Agent at Redial BPO, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You'll communicate via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with your team to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
