• Manage the overall account relationship and day‑to‑day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base.
• Work with internal and external resources to facilitate quoting, demand fulfillment, and troubleshooting of customer requirements.
• Own the Quote to Order processes and order preparation for specified customers; coordinate resources and processing of quotations and set pricing with management.
• Collaborate with supplier contacts and internal departments to resolve pre‑sales and post‑sales issues, proactively notifying customers of changes to delivery status.
