This internship role for a Customer Research Associate is a hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of on-site work at the University of Toronto and some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Research Associate will support user and customer research activities, including helping design surveys, interview guides, and feedback forms to understand the needs and experiences of Deaf and hard-of-hearing users and other stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and coordinating research participants, taking notes during interviews and usability sessions, and organizing research data for analysis. The role involves synthesizing findings into clear summaries, reports, and presentations that inform product and design decisions. The intern will collaborate closely with product, design, and community partners, helping ensure that customer insights are integrated throughout the development process.
