Job Description
The Customer Planner acts as the primary point of contact for customers and serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The role is responsible for processing customer demand and closely monitoring customer backlogs to ensure alignment with supply and delivery plans. The Customer Planner manages and follows up on mailbox errors, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and actively tracks chase list comments by requesting missing or incomplete information to secure continuous customer coverage. The position also involves managing changes, including the implementation of new parts and change-over parts, as well as maintaining the customer portal when applicable to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. In addition, the Customer Planner supports the implementation of the operational plan and contributes to measuring, monitoring, and reporting performance status.
