Step into the role of Customer-Focused Sales Associate, where your primary goal is to enhance customer experiences. Your communication and negotiation talents will be vital in guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey.
In this full-time position, you will interact with customers both in person and online, providing insights into vehicle options and financing. A background of at least 3 years in customer-facing roles is essential along with a drive for success and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in the dealership
• Provide detailed information about vehicle options
• Utilize interpersonal skills to aid selection process
• Keep updated records of customer information
• Facilitate test drives and dealership walkthroughs
Requirements:
• Required: 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• High school diploma necessary; bachelor’s preferred
• Must have a valid CA Driver’s License
