Become the key contact for customer service as a Full-Time Appointment Coordinator at Porsche Centre Richmond. This position emphasizes building strong relationships and ensuring timely appointments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer appointments and maintaining effective communication regarding service and recall needs. You will also play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction through feedback and follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Communicate outstanding recalls to customers proactively
• Address incoming emails for appointment requests
• Follow up post-service for client satisfaction insights
• Forward customer feedback to the Service Manager
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer relations experience
