David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Spanish, Portuguese or Italian speaking Customer Experts for their offices in Athens or Thessaloniki.
Position: Customer Expert - Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
Location: Athens or Thessaloniki (option fully remote within Greece)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
Handle customer inquiries related to products and services in a professional manner
Investigate customer concerns and identify the root cause of issues
